It’s hard to know where to begin. The fact that Tommy Flynn is an excellent plumber is a given. He has years of experience in his field, is one of the most reliable and trustworthy people I know and I would never use anyone other than Tommy.

My husband and I first met Tommy in 1988 when he was working with a small company that took care of the plumbing needs in a beautiful historic home on Commonwealth Avenue in the Back Bay, where we rented an apartment on the third floor. The owner, Mrs. Garufo, only hired the best people, as we soon discovered. When we moved to our own home in Jamaica Plain in 2000, we were grateful when Tommy agreed to also be our plumber. Several years later he formed his own Company, Dover Plumbing.

Perhaps the best example of how loyal Tommy is to his customers happened one winter when our furnace broke on a freezing
New Year’s Eve. Despite the holiday, Tommy and his colleague rushed to our aid. They had to travel almost an hour away to get the part needed for the furnace in our 110 year old house. They completed the work that day. Tommy is always willing to address any emergency call and knows the right people to bring with him if he needs help. His prices are reasonable, his service is exceptional and he always has a cheerful demeanor. I can’t recommend him highly enough. He is the best!!
